Let’s face it, although the holidays are a time of giving, loving, and joy, this time of the year can also cause serious stress and panic. Fear not – you can impress your guests without the stress.  Whether the gathering is with friends, family or colleagues, below are a few recipe ideas that boast both the flavor and nutrition of peanuts.1. If you’re in charge of the appetizer, consider soups or this Sweet Potato-Peanut Bisque. A serving of this dish from Eating Well is sweet, flavorful, vegetarian friendly and packs in 10 grams of protein per serving.  As the days get chillier, not only will it warm up your guests, it’s easy to make plenty for everybody.

2. For a hearty, delicious main dish, try preparing Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce.  This robust dish combines savory, sweet flavors that will leave taste buds in awe. The skewers make them easy to pick up as well.

3. Everyone loves a simple but delicious side dish during potluck season. These Asian-flavored Peanut Garlic Green Beans not only add a twist to a classic dish, but the will surely add some pizzazz to the plate.
